Energy and Style
Saratoga is a nightspot that gives as equal focus to its drinks menu as its food. Taking its cue from the popularity of mixology, it offers a buzzy bar scene that isn’t let down by the dining room. Housed in a building originally built in 1907 as a hotel, it has a hip, retro vibe. The old lobby serves as the staging area for a bar with over 800 spirits–and a cocktail menu that updates classics like the Viex Carre and Negroni while bringing on its own distinctive creations.
Dine and Chill
The downstairs dining area has just 24 reservation-only seats. Cozy up on a leather banquette among the grey wool walls beneath a huge iron and glass chandelier. The menu is unapologetically classic–steak au poivre, green salads or mole chicken–but with upscale tweaks that keep things interesting. The rich flavors have no problem standing up to those cocktails and marry perfectly.
