Set in the idyllic environs of Ellenborough Park, The Restaurant takes fine dining seriously. With floor to ceiling wood panelling, sparkling silverware and leather seats, everything about The Restaurant speaks luxury.
Their classics include 100 oz. Ribeye Fillet served with potato rosti and wild mushrooms, Roast Black Bream with clam macaroni and Grilled Veal Chop with Garlic Polenta. Desserts include finely crafted Violet Meringue, Snow Egg and Affogato.

Helmed by Chef David Williams, The Restaurant takes pride in serving the freshest local produce from neighbouring farms such as Cooper’s Hill, Farmer Cox, Cerney Cheese, Gorsehill Abbey Cheese and Four Anjels.
The Restaurant has an extensive range of wines – white, rose wine, red wine, champagne and sparkling wine from all over the world which landed them the Wine Spectator Best Award of Excellence 2017.
