Chef Sullivan takes ingredients from around the country and the world–Maine lobster, Wagyu beef, collard greens, branzino–and gives them his own distinctive style. Local produce takes pride of place–and international wines pair perfectly with it all. The bar serves up classic and artisanal cocktails and small batch beers. Its personal style can be found in proprietary spirits too–gins, rieslings, boubon, a Williamette Valley pinot noir, and its own single malt scotch. The dessert menu will always surprise with its fun takes on cheesecake, beignets and house-made sorbets, as well as a great selection of artisanal cheeses for the savory tooth.
