The inside is split into three areas including the bar, events room and mezzanine. The restaurant itself is spread out over a large area, that’s flooded by light, creating an open and warm feeling. Though you’d expect the dining in a fancy hotel to be formal, there’s a relaxed atmosphere, and white table clothes are nowhere to be seen.
What to Order
Mushroom and asparagus risotto, tuna steak served with spicy onion, cod with chorizo and potato gnocchi with a vodka oxtail stew are just four of the mouth-watering dishes that make up this bistros menu, and when it comes to dessert, Restaurante Porter doesn’t hold back either. If you’ve got the room, choose between homemade apple tart or a selection of regional Portuguese cheeses. Make sure you head to the bar for a master class in cocktails too!
