Emphasis on Fresh
Lyon may be a very old city, yet its culinary scene is anything but dated. Visitors will find Restaurant Le Neuvième Art just a short trip from Lyon’s historic district, and inside they’ll find a completely fresh environment. Linen curtains and white paper lamps let the light inside. The bright green plants on the tables match the spring green chairs.
A Creative Gourmet Menu
Award-winning chef Christophe Roure creates innovative, colorful cuisine. The menu includes unusual dishes such as pigeon served with beets, and pistachio souffle topped with ice cream for dessert. There’s also an extensive wine list.
Restaurant Le Neuvième Art is one of Lyon’s fine dining hotspots, and the prices reflect that reputation. However, the quality of the food more than makes up for the cost. Visitors should be aware that the restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
