An Ever-Changing Menu
The magic of Prairial is that it rarely serves the same dish twice. No need to ask for a menu here–Chef Gaëtan Gentil alters the recipes daily, just to keep things fresh. He sources all his food from local suppliers, and offers a good selection of organic wines. His creative efforts have earned him a Michelin star.
For Culinary Adventurers
Though the dishes constantly change, customers will find a consistent pricing scheme that depends on how adventurous they want to be. The €34 Ephemeral menu provides a lunch-sized meal. The €67 Epicurean menu features six courses, while the €88 Menu Prairial features a whopping nine courses. The restaurant will pair wines with these meals for an additional fee.
Prairial’s decor reflects the freshness of its food. The walls are made of natural stone and light woods. And there’s even a patio encircled with greenery where customers can enjoy the sunny weather.
