Playa Luna

Conveniently located just a short drive from Santiago and within walking distance from a small fishing village of Horcon, Playa Luna is the first and only nudist beach in Chile. The beach opened in 2000 and attracts over 10 000 tourists each year.

Accommodation and Restaurants

There are several hostels in Horcon that welcome tourists from all over the country. Make sure to book the accommodation in advance, especially during the summer season when this Eco-nudist beach is crowded by tourists. There is also a nice restaurant close to the beach that serves traditional specialties and International dishes. Visitors can purchase refreshing drinks and sea shell necklaces from local vendors on the beach.

How to Get There

A regular bus line from Valparaiso and Viña del Mar takes passengers daily to Playa Luna, while Horcon village is a short stroll away. A few other beaches like Los Tebos, La Caleta, and Playa Larga are easily reachable and worth checking out.
