The Gorgeous Design of Mercato Mall
Mercato Mall is the first themed mall brought to the Middle East. Rather than the Arabian-style design featured in the likes of the Souk Madinat Jumeirah, the architectural design of the Mercato Mall is Mediterranean and reminiscent of an Italian town from the Renaissance era. In fact, the name itself, ‘Mercato’, literally translates to ‘market’ in Italian. Venturing down the artistic piazzas and cobbled streets, visitors can shop while taking in the Italian, French and Spanish-influenced art and designs around them.
Shopping, Dining and Entertainment
The mall holds a good range of some of the world’s leading international luxury designers, as well as several boutiques and high street brands.
There are also a range of cute, street cafés (such as Alison Nelson’s Chocolate Bar and Starbucks), restaurants (including Paul, Rossovivo, and Taste Kitchen) and fast food outlets (Shake Shack, Pizza Hut, Chinese Palace, to name a few).
The Vox Cinema is also located at Mercato Mall for visitors to catch a movie.
