All Maillard Taverns burgers are made using local beef and served on a potato bun with duck fat potatoes. Enjoy toppings of crispy onions, bacon jam, American cheese, Dijon mayo and pork rillettes. Speciality sandwiches include Sloppy Giuseppe, a spiced wild boar ragu and Buttermilk chicken with honey and mayo.
What to Expect
This quaint restaurant has taken on a dark wood colour scheme and boasts only three booths and a handful of tables. There are also seats at the bar if you’re just here to sample the speciality cocktails, enjoy a cold beer or to order a freshly made milkshake.
