From the a la carte menu you can dine on an array of seafood dishes, including scallop and mussel starters, and meats hot off the grill, each tailored to suit every taste. Make sure you also make use of the in-house sommelier who’s on hand to pair your meal of choice with the accompanying wine.

Tables can be booked both inside and out, though we’d always suggest you opt for the terrace to dine under the stars. You don’t have to be staying at the Hilton to dine at the restaurant, but it can get a little busy so make sure you reserve a table online in advance to avoid disappointment!
