La Chimenea, which translates to The Chimney, was established in 1959 as a friendly place for locals to enjoy a fine time of dining, wining and camaraderie. True to its intent, the family-run La Chimenea under the captainship of Jorge Castro continues to carve an unhurried place for its diners amid the bustle of Santiago’s city life.
