Disneyland California

Disneyland California first swung its doors open in Anaheim in 1955 and was the only park to have been built under the watchful eye of Mr Walt Disney himself. Today the theme park is split into two sections; Disneyland Park and the California Adventure Park. In the former, you’ll find all your favourite movie characters while the latter is packed with thrill-seeking rides.

Disneyland Park is a magical land home to fairytale princesses and playful pirates; it’s also home to Mickey Toontown where you can snap that famous picture between Mickey and Minnie Mouse. After, head over to the Adventure Park which is home to seven separate lands including Tomorrowland and the renowned Space Mountain Ride and the high-speed roller coaster ‘Califonria Screamin’.

Food and Drink

The park is home to plenty of restaurants and eateries that cater for everything from light bites to three-course meals. Spend the afternoon character dining in the great hall with some of Disney’s biggest stars or head over to the Steakhouse for a relaxed atmosphere and mouth-watering cuisine.
