Capital Grille was founded by Christian Gaedechens and executive chef Loreto Torres who bring some of the world’s finest steak to their diners including luxurious Wagyu cuts.
Known as a gourmet meat restaurant, their mission is to combine great food with memorable service in a welcoming atmosphere.
Capital Grille’s dishes are innovative and showcase first-class grilled meat with their special recipes, elaborated with local and imported ingredients. Besides grilled dishes, they also offer a selection of seafood, cold dishes, superb desserts and drinks. Some of their specialties are Barbecue Ribs, Lamb Chops from Patagonia, Tuna with Salvia Risotto, Fillet Austral and Fillet Capital Grille.
