What to Order
The food menu is made up of delicatessens type Portuguese dishes including extravagant cheese boards, meat platters and popular canned fish preserves. The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and seem to know everything about the wine bottles that adorn the walls here. Simply ask for their recommendations, and they’ll happily pair wine with your charcuterie dish, and you’re more than welcome to sample before you purchase.
Where to Find it
The restaurant sits in the popular Bairro Alto district in the centre of Lisbon, and you’ll most probably have walked past it while exploring the city on foot. Reservations are a must here as there’s only a handful of tables and a lot of hungry and thirsty travellers making a B-line for
BA Wine Bar do Bairro Alto’s doors!
