Steak and Wine
It’s hard to picture a spacious restaurant in the city centre, but Tierra Noble is just that – a great place that can seat many diners in-house or on their two terraces – Brown Terrace and Terrace Olivo. They also have a couple of well-furbished meeting rooms – the Cedar Room and Salon Manio which are ideal for large groups and celebrations.
What sets the restaurant apart though, is their wine cellar (reputed to be the largest in the country!) that stocks 1200 wines from all over the world.
The restaurant serves a wide selection of salads, grilled fish, seafood, and meats. Steaks include Angus Rib-eye and the exquisite Wagyu beef. Other recommendations are Grilled Octopus, Easter Island Tuna and Grilled Foie Gras. They also have accompaniments to enhance main courses, such as Hedgehog Pancake Noodles, Idaho Potatoes, and Lobster Cannelloni.
Their dessert plates look lovely. Their menu includes global favourites like Chocolate Torte and Crème Brulee, besides a range of pastries served in the traditional flavours of Chile.
