Príncipe Pío Shopping Centre

Príncipe Pío Shopping Centre is built in an old train station. Part of the station is still active, so the centre has great access by bus and metro. With a cinema, food court, fashion outlets and many other stores, it's a great spot to pop in for some shopping.

An Old Train Station

Príncipe Pío Shopping Centre is built inside an old train station which used to be called Estación del Norte. Today the station is called Príncipe Pío, and a much smaller part is still used for transport. It’s a medium sized centre with over 100 stores, and it has big Spanish and European brands such as H&M, Bershka and Zara.

Great Location And Easy Access

This shopping centre has a great location on the western side of the city, and is a short walk from Plaza de España. It is easily accessible by metro and bus, but doesn’t seem to get too crowded. It has a food court with cafés and bars, and a cinema complex too.

Charming Building

The building itself has preserved much of the old station’s charm, with high glass windows and pretty arches. The centre offers personalised shopper services, and holds many special events and prize givings. You can check their website for details.
