Oistins is an active fishing town, and the Friday Night Fish Fry is a lively place to enjoy good food and cool beer. Located right next to the market, there are many different food stands each specialising in certain fish or local dishes. Pat’s Place and Uncle George seem to be some of the most popular spots.

Grilled On The Spot

It gets very busy around 8pm, so queues do build up. But it’s a great place to soak in the atmosphere and enjoy a few drinks whilst your fish is barbecued on the spot. They usually have tuna, snapper, lobster, chicken, etc… So there’s something for everyone.

Friday Night Entertainment

Oistins Bay Gardens is open every day, but Friday night is the liveliest with locals and visitors enjoying the evening. Music is quite loud, and ranges from old school reggae to the latest calypso tracks. Lots of people join in dancing around the main stage, where they often have live music acts too.
