Miku

Miku introduces flame-seared sushi to the Toronto dining scene for a unique East-meets-West culinary experience.

Aburi means “flame-seared” and is a method of bringing new and unusual flavor to the sushi experience. Miku innovates the style with a brush of European-inspired sauces that caramelize under a bamboo flame.

More Than A Sushi Bar

While the aburi is the draw, Miku offers a full menu of Japanese cuisine, as well as cerviche, raw bar items, and cooked entrees. An extensive vegetarian menu appeals to the broader clientele as well as the die-hard fish fan.

Cool Scene, High Style

The design of Miku is high-style with a minimalist, eastern approach. The graffitti-artist-created fish mural swims over soft wood tables, bright white dinnerware and concrete and steel structural elements.
