Expect the Unexpected
The menu at Loka changes every single day based on ingredient availability (they post the latest offerings on Facebook). The goal is farm-to-table and no-waste–their cured meat program uses a whole animal approach. A unique vegetarian menu is featured as well, all with the same attention to bringing the best preparations to the best ingredients. Service is small plates–and there are large plates as well–allowing a wonderful opportunity to share and explore unique flavors. Featuring craft ciders and Niagra wines, the drinks menu brings a nice complement to dining room.
Loka also offers a sausage making and curing class for those who want to learn more about the process and other cured meats.
