Latin Grill is helmed by award winning chef Luis Cruzat, an culinary enthusiast who prides himself on presenting authentic Chilean flavours plated with elegance and style. Most of the dishes are paired with some of the finest wines from traditionally famed wineries in Chile.
Latin Grill’s menu boasts of fresh, seasonal ingredients from land and sea to keep the cuisine interesting and packed with surprises. They serve an assortment of sandwiches, salads, pastas, soups, chicken, steak, pork, seafood, and desserts. The exotic dishes here include King Crab in Polenta, Quail in Pickled Sauce, Deer Carpaccio, Grilled Conger Eel and Partridge Stew.
