Extreme Vantage Point
Located right off the Strip, High Roller takes tourists 550 feet into the air on a marvel of a machine that is like a Ferris wheel. Like the London Eye (only much bigger), riders gather into a spherical glass-enclosed cabin – one of 28, each holding up to 40 people in its 300-square-foot space. As soon as your body is lifted from the loading dock, you will see why this is a highly-ranked experience! The out-of-the-box vantage point is perfect for pictures and memories!
One revolution on the High Roller lasts 30 minutes. Your cabin will be in constant motion during this time. High Roller never stops to load riders, yet it is slow enough for riders to enter briskly into a cabin. To increase the intensity of the experience, LED light shows, video, and music entertain each cabin’s crowd, and these effects are timed to change as the cabin reaches a certain point in the wheel’s rotation. Walk about freely inside the cabin’s climate-controlled atmosphere or relax on one of the benches within.
Do It Your Way
The general admission ticket is a popular choice for tourists; however, other options are possible. If you are traveling with a large group, visit High Roller’s website to find out how you can reserve a private cabin. In fact, weddings can be arranged to take place in the cabins as well! If you are in the mood for a beer or mixed drink, buy a ticket for the Happy Half Hour. This cabin has an open bar with all the alcohol you can drink!
Top Tip: For easy parking, use the valet service located under the High Roller at The LINQ.
