The Granbell is clean, comfortable with free wifi and only 200 meters from the 2nd busiest railway station in Tokyo. Unless you stay in a five star hotel the rooms are going to be small, but for me that’s no problem. There are family suites as well as single rooms and breakfast is included.
There are hundreds of restaurant within 10 minutes walk from your door, and the shopping is sensational. The famous Shibuya crossing is only 400 meters from the Granbell, grab a window seat at Starbucks and watch the action.
On the ground floor at the front of the hotel is a great little Pizza & pasta restaurant open 24 hours a day. Wash it down with an ice cold beer or some sake. There is also an outdoor area where you can sit and watch the passing parade.
The limousine bus from Narita will drop you at the Cerulean Hotel just 200 meters away. Or take the express train, both will cost around 3,100 Yen.
