Fork Restaurant features fine dining, American Mid-Atlantic Style. Chef Eli Culp is a James Beard finalist for Mid-Atlantic cuisine, and the restaurant sources all their food from local producers. This place truly brings American ingenuity to the dinner table.
Fork’s menu contains dozens of innovative dishes. Main courses include Rohan Duck with gingered rutabaga and persimmon and Smoked Monkfish with heirloom beans, broccoli, and pickled peppers. Naturally, the prices for this elegant fare are somewhat higher than normal–but for $78 per person, diners can sample everything from a starter to a dessert.
Along with its dinners, Fork also serves Sunday Brunch. Lobster Frittata for Two, anyone? The restaurant’s decor is as lovely and fresh as its menu–the walls are covered with beautiful forest paintings.
