Le Chateaubriand

Le Chateaubriand has consistently been placed among the World’s 50 Best Restaurants, thanks to its amazing take on French cuisine while integrating influences from other cultures. The place itself is edgy with a no-frills approach to decor.

Fine dining in bistro atmosphere

When Inaki Aizpitarte, a former stonemason and gardener, opened a restaurant that was bold enough to converge fine dining with casual bistro feel, Paris was quite intrigued. And, deservedly so. Within a couple of years, Le Chateaubriand was selected as the 2008 Breakthrough Restaurant in the annual poll of the premier British magazine, Restaurant.

Sublime culinary experience

A meal usually lasts through eight courses that elaborately and elegantly transport you to culinary heaven. A succession of flavors from the hors d’oeuvres until dessert leaves you supremely sated and vowing to come back again.

By the way, the menu changes every day. Be prepared to be surprised but you’ll at least know how much your meal costs, thanks to their prix fixe (fixed price) menu. Go ahead, plan an evening or stand in queue – it’ll be a sublime experience either way.
