Enak KL serves a number of Malaysian classics that feature seafood, meat, poultry and fresh vegetables. Meat dishes include the iconic Rendang Padang, beef chunks infused with a range of spices, herbs and slow-cooked to perfection in coconut cream and Kambing Masak Merah, a dish that features lamb in tomato base.
Their claim to fame, though, is the seafood – Ikan Asam Pedas, fish served with a spicy tamarind sauce, Udang Goreng Kunyit (fried prawns) and Sotong Berisi (pan-fried squid).
