Banana Tree was founded by William Chow who showcases his passion for different aromatic dishes inspired by cuisines from across the South-east Asian region. He believes that culinary terms don’t have discrete boundaries as different nations share a number of common spices and herbs. Today, he’s at the helm of a total of eight restaurants, each starring the memorable flavours of the East. An ‘in-house’ chef training academy helps to preserve the high cooking standards that are expected by their fervent fans.

Banana Tree serves a selection of authentic dishes from across Indochina – Mekong Crispy Prawns, Malaysian Laksa Soup, Phad Thai, Sweet & Sour Crispy Chicken, the legendary Rendangy, Chargrilled Duck, and Steamed Jasmine Rice.
